I had an exceptional technology service experience at the electronics section of London Drugs Grasslands, thanks to one of their outstanding employees, whose name is either Ahmed or Hamed (I’m not exactly sure). His knowledge about microcontrollers, Arduino boards, and operating systems was impressive. He went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I needed. He was very patient and attentive. He actually saved me from making unnecessary purchases.
This is a good, clean and reliable store majority of the time however, last night the employees in their photo department were absolutely incompetent. I came into the store a little after 5pm to develop film from two disposable film cameras and the associate who I was interacting with had no idea what to do with them. I had to explain to him what a disposable camera was because he didn’t seem to have a clue. He demanded that I open the cameras and get the film out which confused me greatly since they weren’t refillable cameras and in my past experiences of developing film all I have do is hand over the whole camera. He tried asking one of his multiple coworkers who were also working in the department what he had to do but they weren’t much help either too busy with other customers or seriously didn’t recognize the classic disposable film camera. I realized i was going to have little success telling him how to do his job and I just ended up leaving.
I went there to buy a gift . There was a lady named Amanda ( one of managers). She was very helpful for suggestive service and gave her time to made my purchase better or accordingly my budget. I really appreciate. Really thanks for such a great service.

I was looking for skin care products, and I think her name was Namrata. She was absolutely wonderful, very helpful. She showed incredible kindness, and greeted me with a smile. She was very intelligent and knowledgeable when it came to the products, she recommended a variety of items and I found the perfect one. She conducted her self in such a professional manner as a manager would. I’m beyond impressed by this.
If you are going to take pictures for your citizenship or PR card it should be better to read document checklist as they are not going to tell anything. They don't understand the problem what are you saying and don't listen to you If something wrong with pictures then its not their fault. One of the worst customer experience as they never accept their mistake even if their staff suggested to do so. This is the way they make money and the biggest scam.

Better place to get passport size photos for kids and adults. Staff are very supportive here.
